What a fantastic three weeks of arts, music, writing, writers, authors, poets and funny storytellers! Thanks to all who helped, bought tickets, provided support and much more. Thanks to all other Words in Winter towns for linking us every year. Congratulations to all authors who launched books during the three weeks. Next year will be running from Saturday 3rd to Sunday 11th August, with a great line up and more on offer in Maryborough, Dunolly, Carisbrook and Avoca. Festival favourite musician/composer Gregg Joseph hosts a popular event of live music and entertainment by the cosy Highlander Haven fireside. Gregg curates an evening of talent including poet Gail Oliver, singer Natalie Passalick, Zac and Tom, Bibby and Kiki, Jan Stephenson, jazz and blues greats, and more.
